Salon Etiquette

Policy

Although we understand that life happens, we require 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment, to ensure we will be able to book that time for another client.

After multiple no show/cancelled appointments we may require a non refundable deposit to book future appointments.

Running Late

We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment.  Being late more than 15 minutes may result in cancelation appointment. Please call to let us know if you are going to be late.
